Patient Intakes
PECS Inc. offers intake services for physicians and other health-related professionals who are completing independent medical assessments or consultation reports. Our intake coordinators are trained to interview patients by taking a detailed incient history and extracting important and useful information, which will then be provided to the physician or health-related professional in a comprehensive report.
Medical File Reviews
PECS Inc. understands the voluminous medical briefs that are often received from insurance companies and/or assessment companies. PECS Inc. will review the medical brief in its entirety and provide the physician or health-related professional with a comprehensive review of the documentation provided.
Quality Assurance Services
PECS Inc. provides a detailed and thorough analysis of a variety of Independent Medical Examination and Catastrophic Assessment Reports. A rigorous review of all medical documentation is performed in order to ensure accuracy and defensibility.
In relation to Catastrophic Assessment Reports, PECS Inc. offers an additional review of all Whole Person Impairment (WPI) percentages and will cross reference each calculation using the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Volume IV.

PECS Inc. offers a variety of transcription services for medical physicians and other health-related professionals. Our transcriptionists are experienced in a variety of medical terminology to ensure the document is coherent and consistent with the dictation provided.
Professional Marketing
PECS Inc. offers services to assist physicians and health-related professionals in marketing to various insurance companies, law firms and assessment companies in and around the Southern Ontario Region. We will put our physicians and health-related professions in contact with some of the leaders in the assessment industry. These services will ultimately generate more assessments for the physician or health-related professional, while, at the same time, reducing their overall workload through our other services.
